We are currently seeking an Operational Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning teams, ensuring proper service operation and compliance with quality standards. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate work teams (supervised cleaning staff). Organize daily service operations. Conduct visits, maintain contact with clients, and provide solutions to requests. Identify and resolve operational incidents. Monitor task completion and quality standards. Prepare daily incident reports for the company and superiors. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions with personnel under supervision. Knowledge of the cleaning industry (mandatory). Valid driver’s license and vehicle operation capability. Availability to work rotating shifts. Experience or knowledge in manufacturing facilities will be valued. Schedule: Full-time — 44 hours per week Shifts: Rotating (morning, afternoon, and night) We seek candidates with leadership skills, proactivity, organizational ability, and excellent communication.
