Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Assistant to manage the online store of a leading footwear company, including product listings, shipment coordination, and providing support. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? - Upload and update products on the online store (WooCommerce). - Verify stock levels and prices integrated from the Dux ERP system. - Process orders and coordinate shipments with logistics operators. - Handle after-sales inquiries (exchanges, returns, incidents). - Provide administrative support and generate operational reports. - Support promotional campaigns (banners, coupons, landing pages). - Analyze sales, inventory, and order point statistics. - Advise customers and collaborate with internal departments. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? - Experience with platforms: WooCommerce, VTEX, Shopify, Tienda Nube. (Mandatory). - Experience preferably in fashion, footwear, or mass consumer goods industries (Preferred). - Education in E-commerce, Marketing, or Logistics (Preferred).
