Location: Tortuguitas Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts Collective bargaining agreement: Plastic industry Position category: Operator Key responsibilities: Inspect and record raw materials required for production. Accurately identify raw materials, surplus materials, and finished products. Supply the production line, ensuring operational continuity. Manufacture products according to established technical specifications. Record process parameters and production reports. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the assigned area in accordance with quality standards. Identify and report incidents or unsafe conditions. Comply with safety and hygiene regulations and use of personal protective equipment. Mandatory requirements: Electromechanical technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic industries or production lines. Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime. Residence in areas near Tortuguitas or surrounding regions.
