Key responsibilities include: Raw material and finished product analysis using the following analytical techniques: quantification by qPCR, antigen quantification by ELISA, DNA quantification by fluorometry, gluten quantification. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the described analyses (qPCR, ELISA, electrophoretic runs) and proficiency in technical English. · Requirements: Chemistry technician or related degree. Microbiology experience · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00. Modality: On-site.
