Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to analyze, develop, and optimize casting production processes, providing technical support and ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement. Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects We are looking for a Process Engineer to join the Engineering Department of a major industrial company. The position aims to analyze, develop, and optimize casting production processes, provide technical support to production, ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and continuous process improvement. · Work Location: San Luis Capital Working Hours: Full-time Employment Type: On-site Contract Type: Permanent · Main Responsibilities Develop and improve production processes related to new products or modifications to existing processes. Plan and execute trial runs for new products, processes, tools, or devices. Prepare and update work instructions and process documentation. Develop process technical documentation: PFMEA, flowcharts, control plans, and trial run reports. Analyze dimensional, visual, and functional product results, identifying improvement opportunities. Provide technical support to production for process or quality issues. Participate in the development or modification of equipment, machines, tools, and process devices. Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects. Analyze customer technical requirements and ensure their correct implementation in the production process. Coordinate technical actions with internal departments: Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
