Position: Mechanical Engineer Department: General Contract Type: Fixed-term Work Schedule: Full-time What will be your main challenges? Develop and maintain documentation for production processes. Develop, design, and improve tooling for the plant. Analyze and propose improvements to existing production processes. Interact with various internal departments (production, quality, maintenance, etc.). Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to develop technical solutions. Actively participate in optimization and continuous improvement projects. What is the purpose of this role? Your mission will be to provide technical support to the production department, contributing to the development, optimization, and improvement of processes and tooling. We seek your contribution to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and proper documentation management at the metallurgical plant. What do we value in your profile? Mandatory Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (graduated or soon to graduate). Experience in metallurgical companies or industrial environments. Experience in developing and improving production and tooling processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. English reading comprehension. Knowledge of metallurgical production processes and technical documentation. Competencies and Skills: Teamwork and excellent communication skills. Analytical ability and problem-solving capability. Proactivity, initiative, and creative thinking oriented toward process improvement. Strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
