Management Control Analyst
Neuquén Capital (On-site)
A major dealership group operating in Neuquén and Río Negro is seeking a Management Control Analyst to join the team and support the growth and professionalization of the area.
What will be your mission?
Provide support to the Management Control area by collaborating in information analysis, KPI generation, and development of tools enabling process optimization and improved decision-making across the entire group.
Main Responsibilities:
Development, monitoring, and analysis of management indicators (KPIs)
Consolidation and analysis of data from various business units
Identification of deviations and proposal of improvements
Development and automation of reports and analytical processes
Cross-functional support to various group areas (commercial, administration, operations, etc.)
Participation in building and evolving the Management Control area
Coordinated work with teams located in different locations
We are looking for candidates who:
Demonstrate strong analytical ability and data orientation

Enjoy critically analyzing processes and proposing improvements
Show interest in automation, technology, and analytical tools
Adapt well to a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields
Experience in data analysis, reporting or management control (preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Interest or experience in automation, programming or AI applied to analytics
Ability to manage dual reporting

Work Mode: On-site
Location: Neuquén Capital
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00
Reports to: Management Control Analyst (based in Trelew) + interaction with group management teams
