Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer for the position of Management Control Analyst, supporting projects in monitoring, management control, and construction planning, as well as preparing economic reports. This opportunity may interest you! · For a major construction company in Rosario, we are seeking a Civil Engineer for the position of Management Control Analyst for the Technical Office. · · Position Mission Support projects in management control monitoring. Generate baseline information to apply Earned Value Methodology (EVM) in projects. Assist in construction planning. Prepare forecasted and actual cost reports. Support projects in developing economic forecasts. Responsibilities 1. Analysis of the tender office budget 2. Preparation of cost center setup proposals 3. Development of the base worksheet for management control monitoring 4. Conducting site visits to understand operational dynamics and define monitoring methodology guidelines 5. Monthly preparation of general and specific project reports 6. Assistance and monitoring of project planning 7. Preparation of auxiliary worksheets for cost forecasting 8.
