Your responsibilities will include: Analyze and resolve daily, together with your peers, the priorities and resources required for corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, analyzing reported anomalies. Achieve joint solutions to overcome detected process and maintenance anomalies, reducing the need for interventions on Production equipment. Inspect and monitor manufacturing, machining, or repair work performed by contracted external workshops, drafting technical specifications, verifying progress and adherence to agreed terms. Ensure external suppliers comply with technical specifications, quality requirements, and agreed deadlines. Audit compliance with Quality, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental standards, as well as the 5S program rules, for both Acindar personnel and contracted staff. Ensure safe and hygienic working conditions for personnel, promoting 5S program order and cleanliness, care of company assets, and the surrounding environment. Requirements: Completed Technical Secondary Education. At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Own transportation (desirable).
