Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to organize and supervise teams, coordinate tasks, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance at airport facilities. Coordination of operations at airport facilities ADN Human Resources is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor for airport facilities. Requirements: - Completed technical studies (Electromechanical or Electronic). - Experience managing work teams. - Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel. - Knowledge of Wastewater Treatment Plant operations. - Personal transportation. Desirable knowledge: - SAP system proficiency. - Training in Safety Management System (SMS). - AutoCAD proficiency. - Ability to interpret electrical schematics. - Certification in telescopic jetway operation. - Technical English proficiency. - Class B1 driver's license. - Emergency ambulance service driver's license. Responsibilities: Organize and assign work schedules and tasks to the team. Research and analyze sector budgets. Prepare and monitor sector procurement activities, track inventory. Conduct external audits related to safety and hygiene, organize preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, vehicles, parking apron, and terminal building. Organize telescopic jetway operations. Develop and update training programs, monitor completed work and approve task completion, prepare procurement and maintenance worksheets and schedules for machinery, control work uniforms and tools. Update and implement the 'Airport Emergency and Evacuation Plan'. Update and implement the 'Airport Generator Group Procedure'. Control and maintain diesel motor pumps. Control and maintain smoke detectors in the fire alarm system. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00 hrs. Work Location: Trelew. Employment Type: Permanent employment relationship.
