Job Summary: ADN Human Resources is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment, leading a team and managing resources. Supervision of facilities and critical systems ADN Human Resources is searching for a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for a major company located in Trelew Requirements: Education: Completed secondary education with technical orientation (mandatory) Knowledge of industrial and domestic refrigeration required (cooling towers, split units, central systems, fan coil units, chillers) Knowledge of welding required (MIG / TIG / electrode, among others) Knowledge of electrical blueprint interpretation, use of hand and power tools, and measuring instruments required Personal transportation is required Responsibilities Plan, implement, and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment, facilities, and infrastructure of the establishment. Coordinate and lead the maintenance team, organizing tasks, shifts, and resource allocation. Ensure proper operation of critical equipment such as diesel generators, diesel motor pumps, and parking barrier systems. Supervise maintenance of general facilities, including terminal building, parking lot, and auxiliary systems. Manage sector procurement, budget analysis, and inventory control of supplies and spare parts. Monitor proper execution of work performed, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Coordinate external audits together with safety and hygiene departments. Administer and update operational plans and procedures, including emergency and evacuation plans. Supervise maintenance of fire suppression systems, smoke detectors, and associated equipment. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00 (full-time availability required) Work Modality: On-site Work Location: Trelew, Chubut.
