Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a food company, responsible for defining policies, managing activities, and coordinating teams to optimize asset maintenance. Key Points: 1. Coordinate design and installation of new facilities ADN Recursos Humanos is searching for a Maintenance Manager for an important food company located in General Las Heras. Requirements: Education: Electromechanical/Mechanical/Electronic Technician (mandatory) Industrial refrigeration knowledge required (cooling towers, chillers, VRV, VRF, or cold rooms) Food industry experience required Knowledge of electrical diagram interpretation, manual and electric tool handling, and measuring instruments required Personal transportation required Responsibilities Define and plan maintenance policy to improve the preventive model and establish rational operational maintenance methodologies. Develop and supervise the maintenance plan and budget for assets under responsibility. Manage corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities. Coordinate and supervise the design, construction, and installation of new facilities or machinery. Manage the work team to carry out activities, identify needs, provide resources, motivate teamwork, and promote a positive work environment. Comply with organizational safety, biosafety, and environmental standards. Keep architectural and service drawings up to date. Keep sector indicators up to date. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00; Saturdays, 8:00–13:00. Work Mode: On-site Work Location: General Las Heras, Buenos Aires Province.
