Job Summary: ADN Human Resources is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for an airport retail chain, responsible for controlling and managing facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for controlling and operating building facilities and services. 2. Managing contingencies, including spills and safety equipment. 3. Attending to and resolving issues arising during facility operations. ADN Human Resources is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a major airport retail chain. Requirements: Mandatory Qualifications: - Technical knowledge of general building equipment - Knowledge of electricity and proper use of tools - Knowledge and training in contingency management and potential spill response. - Valid driver's license. - Residence location: Bariloche. Desirable Qualifications: - Experience completing control checklists. - Languages: English – Portuguese (both desirable). Responsibilities: - Daily monitoring of the generator set and fire pump group. - Ensuring proper operation of building facilities and their associated services. - Monitoring the contingency response kit. - Daily inspection of docks and access points to ensure proper usage. - Managing and inspecting fire extinguishers across facilities. - Addressing and resolving potential issues that may hinder proper facility and service operations. - Reporting and informing the facility administrator of potential facility issues. - Managing procurement of departmental supplies (basic tools used daily). Work Schedule: Monday through Sunday. Shifts vary between 7–15, 8–16, 9–17, 12–20, and 13–21 hours. Rotating days off (single and double days off; total of 6 days off per month). Work Location: Bariloche. Employment Type: Permanent employment relationship.
