Job Summary: We are seeking a Comprehensive Maintenance and General Services Assistant to ensure the functionality and optimal condition of an industrial site and its facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the functionality and preservation of facilities and spaces. 2. Perform cleaning and maintenance of sustainable systems. 3. Preserve infrastructure and ensure site safety. Comprehensive Maintenance and General Services Assistant Grupo Gestión is currently looking for a Comprehensive Maintenance and General Services Assistant for an important client company. Job Objective Execute the site and plant facility maintenance plan, ensuring that the building and its spaces remain functional and in optimal preservation condition, following directives and planning from the Plant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Main Responsibilities The employee will be responsible for a scheduled task list including: Drainage and stormwater system maintenance: Cleaning roof gutters, eaves, ditches (North side), and trenches (South side) to ensure proper water runoff. Sustainable systems management: Cleaning and maintenance of biodigester drainage systems and periodic technical cleaning of solar panels. Infrastructure preservation: Waterproofing of perimeter walls. Corrosion treatment and anti-rust painting on metal column bases. Adjustment and lubrication of enclosures (gates and openings). Site care and safety: General waste cleanup throughout the entire perimeter. Cutting and vegetation control (reeds) in the firebreak zone (East side). Cleaning of surveillance cameras and exterior lighting fixtures. Facility control: Daily inspection of restrooms to prevent water leaks. Maintenance supplies stock control. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions (industrial plant maintenance, gated communities, or logistics centers). Knowledge: Proficiency in using manual and electric tools (brushes, weed trimmers, pressure washers, hand tools). Basic knowledge of painting and masonry. Physical requirements: Willingness to perform work at heights (roofs and gutters). Ability to carry out outdoor tasks.
