Job Summary: Logistics Operations Manager responsible for coordinating and supervising unloading, loading, delivery monitoring, and return management processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate unloading and loading logistics processes. 2. Monitor delivery progress and manage returns. 3. Manage operational staff or third-party personnel. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Coordinate daily cargo unloading and sorting, ensuring all packages are correctly received and prepared for dispatch. Lead the van loading process and coordinate couriers, guaranteeing each courier receives the correct quantity and packages for their route, optimizing dispatch time. Monitor delivery progress through the Mercado Libre system, maintaining active operational tracking to identify and resolve delays or incidents. Manage returns and manual route closures, ensuring correct route closure in the system, avoiding data entry errors and maintaining inventory control. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Completed Secondary Education (Mandatory); Technical Degree in Business Administration or related field (Desirable). Experience in logistics companies and practical execution of the described tasks for 1–2 years (Mandatory). Basic knowledge of inventory, stock control, and operational process management (Desirable). Management of operational staff or third-party personnel. Intermediate-level proficiency in PC operating systems, spreadsheets, documents (Word / Google Docs), Google Drive, and familiarity with management applications is valued. WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
