A leading company in the logistics and transportation sector, operating across the NOA region, is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager for its branch in San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca (Pantanillo).
We seek a candidate with solid experience in logistics operations, team leadership, and results orientation, capable of ensuring the branch’s seamless overall operation.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Supervise and coordinate end-to-end operations: goods receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Optimize operational workflows and ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and sustain 5S methodology for order and cleanliness.
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of approximately 25 warehouse staff.
- Organize shifts, tasks, and operational coverage.
- Train, develop, and motivate the team.
- Manage personnel matters for HR (absences, leaves, vacations, schedules).
Customer Service
- Ensure high service standards.
- Handle and resolve complaints.
- Promote a customer-centric culture.
Administrative and Financial Management
- Monitor budget, operational costs, and branch profitability.
- Analyze management indicators and define corrective actions.
- Prepare reports for senior management.
Inventory and Compliance
- Supervise stock control and periodic inventory counts.
- Ensure proper use of warehouse layouts.
- Guarantee compliance with legal, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in similar roles within logistics, transportation, or distribution.
- Experience leading operational teams.
- Currently pursuing university studies (desirable).
- Availability for occasional travel.
