Job Summary: A prestigious winery is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to cover a leave of absence, responsible for physicochemical analysis of wine, sampling, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physicochemical analysis of bulk wine and finished product 2. Administrative management tasks 3. Availability for rotating shifts A prestigious winery located in Maipú, MZA, seeks a LABORATORY TECHNICIAN to cover a leave of absence. We are looking for a candidate with laboratory experience or currently studying enology. Responsibilities: • Physicochemical analysis of bulk wine and finished product: alcohol, sugar, extract, acidity. • Sampling • Administrative management tasks: work order authorization, review and interpretation of results, data entry. Requirements: • Enology Technician, Food Science Technician, or Chemical Technician (mandatory qualification or currently enrolled) • Laboratory experience (preferably in the wine industry) • Availability for rotating shifts • Organized, analytical, and responsible profile If you meet the requirements, do not hesitate to apply.
