Ensure the technical and operational efficiency of the in vitro culture laboratory, leading the work team and guaranteeing compliance with quality, sterility, and traceability protocols throughout the entire production process. · Key Responsibilities - Comprehensively manage the in vitro culture laboratory, from plant material receipt through preparation for nursery. - Organize, assign, and supervise daily tasks of the technical team. - Ensure strict sterility, order, and cleanliness conditions at each process stage. - Implement and update protocols for micropropagation and plant rooting. - Supervise equipment usage and maintenance (laminar flow hoods, autoclaves, incubators, etc.). - Coordinate with key departments including Maintenance, Logistics, Administration, and Procurement. - Monitor production indicators and prepare technical reports for decision-making. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization. - Collaborate with management and strategic technical advisors. · · Requirements · - University degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields (Preferred). - Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. - Solid knowledge of in vitro culture and plant micropropagation. - Proficiency in sterilization techniques, aseptic practices, and laboratory equipment handling. - Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. · Employment Conditions - Location: Yacuchina, Monteros - Work Mode: On-site - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30 | Saturdays, 8:00–12:00 - Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract · If you seek a strategic challenge with direct impact on production and agro-sector quality standards, this is your opportunity.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary School 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, manager, coordinator, manager, captain, laboratory, lab technician
