Are you an Industrial Designer looking to work on real product development? We are seeking a technical profile eager to get hands-on with end-to-end design processes, learn from industry experts, and grow within an expanding industrial company. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Design and develop new large-scale machinery-related products from the conceptual stage through to implementation. Create 3D models and technical drawings using SOLIDWORKS (mandatory). Analyze existing products to propose and develop improvements in design, functionality, and cost. Incorporate technological advances and materials to optimize product efficiency and performance. Prepare, update, and maintain product technical documentation, including drawings, bills of materials, and specifications. Keep the Coding Manual up to date. Participate in design projects in collaboration with production, quality, and marketing teams. Develop schedules and report on design project progress as required. Collaborate on prototype testing, analyze results, and implement necessary adjustments. Provide technical support to the production department for implementing new designs. Advise on matters related to metallic materials and metallurgical processes to ensure design feasibility. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field; or final-year student. 1 year of experience in similar roles within the industry, preferably in agricultural machinery or industrial equipment design. (Not automotive / auto parts) Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS for 3D design and mechanical drawing generation. Knowledge of metallic materials and metallurgical processes. Ability to interpret and create technical drawings with geometric tolerances. Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge (preferred). Competencies: Willingness for continuous learning.
