Excellent working environment. · Main Responsibilities Provide support in analyzing and tracking international trade operations, primarily imports. Review documentation required for international operations (e.g., commercial invoices, transport documents, certificates of origin, etc.). Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure proper release of goods. Track logistics operations, anticipating and resolving incidents during goods transit. Identify opportunities to optimize logistics costs and improve operational processes. Ensure compliance with current customs and international trade regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting trade operations. Prepare departmental reports and metrics to support decision-making. · Requirements Advanced undergraduate student or graduate in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in international trade, international logistics, or related areas, with focus on imports (mandatory). Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade processes. Intermediate English proficiency (desirable). Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel. Analytical ability and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers. Organized, proactive profile with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
