The position’s objective is to ensure the correct implementation of the sold system, guaranteeing a professional, organized, and efficient customer experience from commercial closing through to go-live, while articulating customer needs with the technical team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Studies related to IT Systems. - Full-time availability. - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the IT sector; positions involving direct contact with end users, with demonstrable experience in system migrations (mandatory). - Thorough knowledge of process management tools (Trello, Jira, etc).
