Our Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a Project Manager to collaborate and drive planning, monitoring, control, and continuous improvement of the Project Portfolio. · Key Challenges · Bimodal Management: Manage the Portfolio and its projects by fluidly and effectively applying Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. · Planning and Control: Develop project plans, manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and effective value delivery. · Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and insights for decision-making, using performance metrics to optimize PMO processes. · Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities to improve project execution and process standardization. · What Are We Looking For? - Advanced student or graduate in Engineering, Administration, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. - Proficiency in bimodal project management (Agile and Traditional). - Experience with project management and tracking platforms: Jira, Power BI, and Advanced Excel (Mandatory). - Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written). - Preferred: Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.) and knowledge of ITIL-COBIT frameworks. · Location: Barracas, CABA Work Modality: Hybrid (Monday to Friday), 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 2 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, technologies, information, IT, system
