




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and security of information and systems. Drives improvements and technological surveillance in security and development. For a well-established industrial company located in Alvear, we are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst. The role’s mission is to administer and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and security of information, systems, and critical technological resources required for operations. Main Functions and Responsibilities *ERP System; Analysis of new requirements. Development and maintenance of applications in the local system, customer and supplier web portal. Testing and simulation of new implementations. Implementation and user training. Database, server, and system maintenance and backup. Support routing and help desk management. Liaison with developers. *IT Infrastructure; Monitoring the operation of various services (Internet, telephony, etc.). Liaison with service, software, hardware, and IT supplies providers. Installation and maintenance of servers (Internet, File, VoIP, etc.). Installation and maintenance of networks, operating systems, base and application software, and hardware (PCs, printers, switches). Implementation and maintenance of Home Office and remote access services. Design, implementation, and maintenance of IT security policies, contingency plans, and file and configuration backups. User training and advisory support. Management and supervision of third-party work related to the area. Maintenance of PCs used for controlling machine tools in the industrial plant. *Procedures and Standards; Compliance with company regulations applicable to the department: Use of PPE and uniforms, code of conduct, safe work practices. Use of communication tools defined by the company. Adherence to company plans, policies, and work processes. Continuous updating on specific topics necessary for optimal job performance. Compliance with, and enforcement among team members of, procedures, policies, and instructions related to departmental processes. *Development of New Products and Processes; Proposing improvements related to the department and the broader organization. Technological surveillance: researching advancements in security and development technologies. *Management of Material Resources; Efficient allocation and management of assigned resources. Forecasting needs for additional resources, as well as decommissioning of unnecessary resources. · Working Days and Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00–16:00; Friday, 7:00–15:00. Facility located at the Alvear Industrial Park. Work Modality: On-site. · University degree in Computer Science or related field is required, along with solid and verifiable experience in the described functions. Knowledge in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, etc.), MySQL databases, and Windows and Linux operating systems will be valued. We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, autonomy, and interpersonal abilities, as the role requires vertical and horizontal interaction across the entire organizational structure, providing technical support to various internal clients. Experience in manufacturing industrial companies will be highly valued.
