Job Summary: We are seeking a technology-passionate IT Analyst with experience in support and infrastructure to coordinate, manage, and deliver technical support, administer infrastructure, and analyze systems. Direct client relationship Córdoba Capital Hybrid modality: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hs We seek professionals passionate about technology, with experience in IT support and infrastructure, who wish to join a dynamic environment with global technological standards. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and provide first-level technical support to plant users. Manage incidents and escalate to levels 2 and 3 when necessary. Administer wired and wireless network infrastructure. Provide support for Windows Server and Hyper-V virtualization environments. Coordinate the installation and maintenance of switches, access points, and structured cabling. Analyze IT systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in implementations, upgrades, and testing of new systems. Develop and maintain technical and user documentation. Deliver training and technical support to end users. Coordinate with technology vendors and partners. Requirements: Experience in IT support and technological infrastructure. Knowledge of Windows Server and virtualization (Hyper-V). Experience in LAN/WAN and WiFi network administration. Knowledge of hardware, networking, and service desk. Ability to manage incidents and work with ticketing tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in industrial environments or production plants. Knowledge of information security best practices.
