Position Summary: We are seeking an Internal Communications Analyst to drive organizational culture, enhance employee experience, and lead creative communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Our client, a leading company, is hiring an Internal Communications Analyst to join the team and support the business’s communication strategy. · What will be your main challenges? Design, coordinate and execute the internal communication plan. Create strategic content for campaigns, cultural initiatives and corporate announcements. Manage various internal channels. Lead the organization of institutional events, celebrations and internal activations. Act as local representative on the Regional Communications Committee, aligning messages and strategies. Measure the impact of implemented actions, prepare reports and propose data-driven improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective and timely communication. · What do we value in your profile? Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Institutional Relations, Administration or related fields. 5 years of experience in Internal Communications or similar roles. Excellent writing skills, creativity and strategic mindset. Strong organizational skills, autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with digital tools and analytical perspective on results. Willingness to work onsite in Pilar. Personal mobility (mandatory). · What do we offer you?
