Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor compliance with neighborhood coexistence regulations Assist residents with inquiries regarding operations and services Monitor green spaces, lagoons, and general maintenance Conduct periodic inspections and report deviations Enter information into internal administrative systems Requirements: Completed secondary education Prior experience in gated communities, buildings, hospitality, or customer service Personal transportation Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Service-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills Personal transportation.
