A prominent insurance broker with over 30 years of experience in Rosario, currently undergoing professionalization and growth, seeks to hire a Technical Executive specialized in corporate insurance. The role targets a candidate with strong technical knowledge of corporate insurance, capable of analyzing risks, reviewing coverage, and professionally advising SME clients. The focus of the role is technical-advisory rather than commercial. POSITION OBJECTIVE To technically manage and advise a corporate client portfolio by analyzing risks, reviewing policies, and designing appropriate coverage solutions for each client. The position aims to become the organization’s internal technical reference, providing professional support to the broker’s principal in corporate client management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Analysis and Advisory Analyze risks and design corporate insurance programs. Interpret policies, clauses, and coverage scopes. Prepare quotations and comparative analyses across insurers. Review existing coverage and propose improvements. Prepare technical reports or presentations for clients. SME Portfolio Management Manage and service an approximate portfolio of 30 companies. Track quotations, inquiries, and renewals. Develop long-term professional relationships. Opportunity Development Identify opportunities for coverage improvement. Prepare technical analyses for new proposals. Management Follow-up Coordinate with administration, collections, and claims departments as required. Follow up on tasks until resolution. Collaborate in improving the broker’s technical processes. REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Experience in corporate insurance across lines such as: ART (Workers’ Risk Insurance) Life insurance linked to labor obligations Mandatory group life insurance Commercial Agreement Insurance Rural Worker Insurance Motor vehicles and fleets Personal accident insurance Experience in the following insurance types is mandatory for this position: Comprehensive Commercial Insurance Civil Liability Insurance Surety Insurance Transportation Insurance All-Risk Construction / Erection Insurance All-Risk Operational Insurance Technical insurance Demonstrated ability to conduct actual technical analysis of policies and risks is required.
