We are currently seeking an Institutional Communication Manager to join the Rosario Food Bank team.
Position Purpose
This position is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing the organization’s comprehensive institutional communication strategy, with the objective of raising awareness of its activities, reinforcing its public positioning, increasing its visibility, and ensuring message consistency across all communication channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement the strategic institutional communication plan aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives.
Develop communication plans for specific campaigns, programs, and projects.
Manage and develop relationships with traditional and digital media outlets.
Draft press releases, news briefs, reports, and institutional content.
Coordinate interviews and press-related activities.
Monitor media coverage and manage visibility opportunities.
Analyze impact metrics and propose improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and institutional stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in institutional communication management, preferably within social organizations, the public sector, or impact-driven projects.
Experience in media relations.
Experience managing institutional social media accounts.
Knowledge of strategic communication planning.
