Position Summary: We are seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of operators on an industrial production line, managing performance indicators and ensuring quality standards in a safe and results-oriented environment. We are seeking a Team Leader to join the team of a major industrial company located in the southern area of Córdoba city — challenge yourself and build your future! WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Lead a team of 10 to 15 operators on the production line. Manage productivity, quality, and safety indicators. Monitor key metrics and ensure daily goal achievement. Ensure quality standards. Coordinate operational tasks within the line and, if necessary, cover production positions. Promote a safe and results-oriented work environment. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Advanced student or recent graduate in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering). Experience in team leadership (valued).
