Job Description The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising mechanical projects in industrial plants, ensuring quality, schedule compliance, and continuous productivity improvement. Job Requirements Industrial, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering degree. Experience in mechanical projects within industrial plants. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills. English required (basic level). Ability to interpret technical drawings. Project, schedule and budget management skills. Knowledge of process improvement and productivity enhancement. Experience in team supervision and coordination. Personal mobility (mandatory) for travel to Villa Vicencio. Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
