Job Summary: We are seeking Industrial Cleaning Operators to maintain industrial areas and large spaces, performing machine cleaning and degreasing. Key Points: 1. Operation of industrial cleaning tools and equipment Grupo Consultores de Empresas is currently recruiting Industrial Cleaning Operators for a major metallurgical company. Job Objectives General maintenance of industrial areas and large spaces. Tasks to be Performed Machine cleaning and degreasing, street sweeping, material and waste handling. Cleaning and maintenance of large work areas. Institutional cleaning such as restrooms. Required Experience Minimum prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in general cleaning tasks in environments including offices, factories, hospitals, shopping malls, or educational institutions. Knowledge and proper handling of cleaning products (disinfectants, degreasers, etc.) and their correct application according to surface type. Operation of cleaning tools and equipment, such as edgers, brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, industrial scrubbers, among others. Experience in waste collection and sorting, complying with recycling regulations and safety and hygiene protocols. Ability to follow specific cleaning instructions and adhere to sanitary protocols, especially in sensitive areas such as restrooms, dining areas, or common-use zones. Preferred: basic knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene standards (PPE, signage, chemicals). Required Competencies Work responsibility, organization, attention to detail, proactivity. Operation of edgers and maintenance tools.
