Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service incident management process, ensuring achievement of objectives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities and support the area’s digital transformation. Implement best practices, procedures, and tools to optimize incident management and tracking. Actively participate in analyzing and reducing recurring issues, staying up-to-date with technological trends and proposing innovative solutions. · Technical Requirements: Advanced knowledge of ITIL and eTOM. Engineering degree or equivalent experience relevant to the role.
