HR MANAGER (SOFT HR & LABOR RELATIONS)

We are recruiting for a major regional company engaged in food production, seeking an HR Manager with focus on soft HR management and labor relations.
Work Location: Bariloche
Working Hours: Full time
Employment Model: On-site, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and job description processes across the organization.
Design and implement employee climate surveys, performance evaluations, and associated action plans.
Manage and mediate internal conflicts, promoting a positive workplace climate.
Identify training needs and coordinate the annual training plan for various organizational levels.
Maintain and optimize the company’s organizational chart, ensuring its continuous updating.
Serve as liaison with external consulting firms.
Collect information, updates, and internal events, ensuring their accurate communication within the organization.
Manage the flow of information and materials required for developing communication pieces.
Promote practices aligned with a strong, collaborative organizational culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology (with occupational orientation), or Labor Relations (mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in similar positions.
Prior experience leading teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
Residence in Bariloche or genuine willingness to relocate.
Proficiency in digital tools.
Training in coaching or conflict mediation will be valued.
High-integrity profile with confidential handling of information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict management capability.
Process-oriented, organized, and planning-capable.
