Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to comprehensively manage payroll settlements and personnel administration for an industrial company located in Villa Maipú. Key Highlights: 1. Lead End-to-End payroll and wage settlements. 2. Manage social security contributions, taxes, and personnel administration. 3. Collaborate in administrative processes and salary reviews. In this opportunity, we are hiring an HR MANAGER to perform duties at a major industrial company located in the Villa Maipú area. Main Responsibilities: · End-to-End Payroll Processing: Monthly processing of salaries, wages, and final settlements. · Social Security Management: Generation of AFIP Form F.931, digital payroll books, and union contributions. · Income Tax (Fourth Category): Calculation and withholding of fourth-category income tax. · HR Administration: Managing personnel updates (overtime, absenteeism, leaves), updating personnel files, and addressing employee inquiries. · Reporting and Compliance: Issuing labor cost reports and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Requirements and Profile: · Education: University degree in HR, Labor Relations, Public Accounting, or Business Administration. · Experience: Minimum of 5 years in payroll settlement roles. · Tools: Advanced Excel and payroll software (Tango, Bejerman, ODOO). · Competencies: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and effective communication. Additional HR Skills: Collaboration in personnel administration processes, including personnel file management, benefits tracking, and participation in salary reviews.
