HR Manager – Major Leading Company (Barracas Area) About the Position We are looking for an HR Manager to join the team of a major leading company located in the Barracas area, CABA. The main objective of this role is to lead personnel administration, coordinate labor relations management, and actively participate in the design, development, and execution of the department’s strategic policies. Main Responsibilities **Labor Relations:** Lead workplace climate management, negotiations and liaison with labor unions, and conflict resolution. **Personnel Administration:** Supervise payroll processing, personnel updates, absenteeism control, disciplinary actions, and compliance with current Argentine labor legislation. **Policies and Processes:** Design, implement, and enforce HR policies (performance evaluation, training, development, onboarding, internal communication). **Departmental KPIs:** Prepare and monitor departmental KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, labor costs) and present them to Management/Directors. **Internal Advisory:** Support leaders across various plant departments in their day-to-day team management. Profile Requirements **Experience:** Minimum 4–5 years in similar managerial or coordination HR roles, preferably from industrial, manufacturing, or logistics companies (mandatory). **Education:** University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. **Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of Argentine labor legislation, industrial collective bargaining agreements, and labor union relations management. **Key Competencies:** Strong leadership, negotiation skills, strategic vision, results orientation, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
