Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Personnel administration and attendance control. * Payroll management and handling of payroll-related updates for salary disbursement. * Addressing employee inquiries and requests. * Participation in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Development and implementation of training plans, budgeting, and follow-up. * Management of uniform and PPE procurement and distribution. * Internal communication and liaison with departmental representatives. * Participation in HR policies and plans. * Development and implementation of improvement programs, organizational climate initiatives, and employee motivation activities. * Collaboration in the organization and coordination of events. We target young professionals holding degrees in HR, Labor Relations, or related fields, with demonstrable generalist experience aligned with the described responsibilities.
