Opportunities for professional growth CETA Capital Humano, a consulting firm, is currently searching for an HR Generalist to join a major supermarket chain located in the Northern Zone. This search targets young students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, with autonomy and self-management skills, strong interpersonal relationship abilities, willingness and capacity for interpersonal engagement. Teamwork and collaborative work capability. Interpersonal relationship skills, with good oral and written communication proficiency. Individuals demonstrating self-discipline and responsibility. Proactive, organized individuals with self-management and planning capabilities, clearly results-oriented. A strong service orientation toward both internal and external customers is mandatory. · Main Functions and Responsibilities: Perform and support hard and soft HR tasks. Carry out generalist functions within the HR department. Absence management and control. Monitoring and analysis of absence cases. Document management and filing for the department. Management and control of system updates impacting payroll processing. Support recruitment activities (resume screening and pre-selection, interview scheduling, participation in selection interviews, telephone interviews, requesting professional references, etc.). Employee onboarding (contract signing, induction training, uniform distribution, etc.). Creation and maintenance of employee personnel files. ART registration and deregistration. Monitoring employees covered by ART. Accident verification. Uploading documentation, certifications, and controls. Tracking absenteeism and accident indicators; proposing corrective actions. Drafting official letters and internal communications to staff.
