The position involves participation in comprehensive HR area processes, providing support in both hard and soft HR tasks. 100% On-site Full time Córdoba Capital. Salary governed by the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement. Requirements Tertiary or university studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields — currently enrolled or graduated Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel proficiency Main Responsibilities Assisting in hard and soft HR tasks Executing generalist HR department tasks Absence management and control Tracking and analyzing absence cases Document management and filing within the department Monitoring and entering payroll-related updates Collaborating in recruitment processes (CV pre-screening, scheduling, interviews, and reference checks) Onboarding personnel (contract signing, induction training, uniform distribution) Creating and maintaining employee files Registering and deregistering with ART (Workers’ Compensation Insurance) Monitoring ART-covered personnel and verifying claims Uploading documentation, certifications, and controls Developing absenteeism and accident indicators and proposing improvements Drafting official letters, disciplinary notices, and internal communications Desired Profile Proactive, organized, and capable of planning Strong oral and written communication skills Self-disciplined and responsible Results-oriented Strong service orientation toward both internal and external customers If you are interested in developing a generalist HR role and becoming part of a growing team, we look forward to your application.-Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school Years of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Keywords: analyst, rh, recursos, humanos, human, resources, rrhh, generalist, general
