Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Manager from industrial companies to lead overall management, drive growth, and ensure achievement of strategic objectives. Key Highlights: 1. GENERAL MANAGER This search targets professionals with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, possessing solid experience in executive and leadership roles within industrial companies. The primary challenge will be leading the company’s overall management, ensuring achievement of strategic objectives while enhancing business growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include: \* Lead the company’s overall operations and support its strategic development. \* Coordinate and supervise various organizational departments. \* Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency. \* Monitor key performance indicators and results. \* Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. \* Support the Board of Directors in decision-making and defining new projects. Requirements: \* Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in General Management or Director-level positions within industrial companies. \* Strong expertise in business management, planning, and team leadership. \* Experience in manufacturing industries and postgraduate education in organizational management are highly valued. \* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. We seek a candidate with strategic vision, leadership skills, negotiation ability, results orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30. Work location: Southwest Greater Buenos Aires (GBA).
