The position targets experienced professionals who have moved beyond the operational stage and seek a strategic role with direct impact on the location's profitability and growth. This role does not involve daily operational execution, but rather comprehensive supervision of business operations, leading the site manager and team. Responsibilities End-to-end management of the business unit Analysis of KPIs (sales, costs, profitability) Identification of variances and definition of action plans Oversight of overall site operations Leadership of site manager and work team Organization of staffing structure, shifts, and employee performance Stock control, procurement, and supplier relationship management Cash handling and administrative process oversight Reporting of results and proposals for improvement Requirements Proven experience as a manager in the food & beverage industry Experience leading teams and middle management Knowledge of cost structures, margins, and business management Proficiency in KPI tracking and performance analysis Administrative knowledge (cash handling, inventory, suppliers) Problem-solving, analytical profile with strong decision-making skills Full-time availability Important We are not seeking an operational profile focused solely on daily execution, but rather a management-oriented professional with strategic vision and results orientation.
