Strategic vision and strong business orientation A professional responsible for the comprehensive planning, direction, and control of the company’s financial strategy, with experience leading multiple teams and operating across various sectors, particularly in service-oriented companies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate Finance, Administration, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams, ensuring goal achievement and proper process functionality. Design and implement the financial strategy aligned with the business plan. Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financing structure. Analyze and evaluate investment, expansion, and resource optimization opportunities. Develop and implement management indicators (KPIs) and control dashboards. Present financial and economic reports to the Board of Directors and/or shareholders. Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings, balance sheets, and audits. Optimize administrative and financial processes across multi-business-unit environments. Negotiate with banks, financial institutions, and strategic suppliers. Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and legal requirements. Required Profile: Proven experience simultaneously leading multiple teams, promoting results-driven management and continuous improvement. Track record across diverse industries (services, retail, manufacturing, technology, or others), with adaptability to different business models. Solid knowledge of financial analysis, strategic planning, and management control. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, financial formulas, modeling, macros). Experience implementing and using management systems (ERP) and reporting tools. Analytical capability, strategic vision, and strong business orientation.
