Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Operator / Sand to ensure continuous sand supply for fracturing operations by operating equipment and monitoring processes at the field site. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of sand-handling equipment such as sand vans and forklifts. 2. Monitoring of sand inventory and process variables, with attention to safety. 3. Teamwork and effective communication in a dynamic environment. For an integrated sand operation project at the wellsite, we are seeking a Field Operator / Sand to work at the field site under a scheduled shift system. Main Responsibilities: Ensure continuous sand feeding to fracturing equipment, guaranteeing adequate supply during operational phases, in coordination with supervision and the fracturing company’s representative. Operate equipment such as sand vans, forklifts, and other sand-handling equipment. Assemble and disassemble equipment on location. Monitor sand inventory to ensure supply continuity. Comply with established operational and safety procedures. Monitor process variables and identify alarms or issues to take proactive action. Record and report shift-related incidents. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable operational experience. Knowledge of the fracturing operational cycle. Types of sand used and their specifications. Teamwork and effective communication with supervisors and other operators. Adaptability to rotating shifts and extended working hours. Responsibility and commitment to safety. Ability to learn and operate new systems or technologies. Experience handling Sky Track / Kalmar equipment. Preferred Qualifications: Responsibility and commitment to safety. Ability to work under pressure. Effective communication with the team. Adaptability to changes in the work environment. Attention to detail and operational accuracy.
