ADN Human Resources is searching for a Building Maintenance Manager for a prominent multinational company.
Requirements:
- Technician or engineer (electromechanical, electrical, electronic, refrigeration, maintenance, or related fields).
Technical Knowledge:
- Single-phase and three-phase electricity (measurements, protections, automation).
- Air conditioning and refrigeration (R410 refrigerant charging, system components, pressure switches).
- Diesel generators (kVA, batteries, basic maintenance, fault detection).
- Use of measuring instruments: multimeter, clamp meter.
- Plumbing and general building maintenance.
- Basic welding (as per category).
- Prior experience in building maintenance, industrial plants, corporate buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, or data centers.
- Experience in integrated service companies or FM (Facility Management) will be valued.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operational Unit Manager in executing maintenance procedures at sites/clients.
- Verify implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Direct corrective maintenance actions when required.
- Plan and assign tasks to personnel under supervision.
- Supervise facility maintenance.
- Order and supervise equipment repairs.
- Estimate time and materials required for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Prepare material and spare parts requisition notes.
- Provide personnel with necessary materials and equipment to perform assigned tasks.
- Conduct facility inspections to identify failures and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Plan, coordinate, and control preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment and systems.
- Monitor and record attendance and leave requests of personnel under supervision.
- Inspect progress, quality, and quantity of completed work.
- Supervise and manage personnel under supervision.
- Identify faults, difficulties, and/or problems arising during work execution and determine optimal solutions.
- Process maintenance and repair material requisitions.
- Estimate costs of required repairs.
- Prepare and submit statistical reports related to areas under responsibility.
- Prepare periodic reports on activities performed.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs.
Work Location: CABA.
