Negotiation with clients and strategic partners We are currently searching for an Engineering and Special Projects Manager to join the staff of an infrastructure services company based in Córdoba. The position carries a strategic and operational role, with strong technical leadership and management of large-scale teams. We are targeting professionals with solid experience in similar positions, high technical seniority, and the ability to lead work teams, negotiate with clients and strategic partners, and ensure the proper execution of medium- and high-voltage complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan and develop execution programs and budgetary control for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, deadlines, and quality and safety standards. Lead the Engineering and Operations departments, monitoring the performance, productivity, and effectiveness of supervised personnel, and being accountable for team results. Define, organize, and present the department’s work proposal, optimizing available technical and human resources. Plan, direct, and control the organization’s production processes, supervising construction sites, plants, and work crews. Manage special projects related to smart metering solutions, integrating electrical engineering, electronics, and software support. Develop management tools and indicators to measure process effectiveness and prepare reports on the organization’s operational status. Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and vehicle fleet. Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all operations Requirements: University degree in Electrical Engineering (Civil Engineering will be considered based on experience). Valid professional license or ability to obtain one (the company covers licensing for medium- and low-voltage activities). Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within construction or infrastructure services companies. Solid experience in medium- and high-voltage projects. Knowledge of quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Ability to report to and negotiate with senior-level profiles, clients, and strategic partners. English (preferred). Experience with agile methodologies (not mandatory).
