Senior/Junior Electronic Engineer Passionate about R&D · Are you passionate about understanding how machines work internally—how they are controlled, how they make decisions, and how to convert energy into something useful and reliable? · Does research, development, and continuous improvement motivate you? · Then this role may be for you. · What is the challenge? · We seek Electronic Engineers with at least three years of professional experience (MANDATORY) and a genuine interest in Research and Development (R&D), who wish to train and grow in the field of power equipment control. We do not seek geniuses who already know everything. We seek curious, methodical individuals with a true desire to learn—who must have prior experience working in R&D. What does a Power and Control Engineer do? (in simple terms) · This role involves: Designing and tuning the “brains” that control equipment such as inverters, power converters, and battery chargers. Defining control algorithms (e.g., PID) that determine: how much energy to deliver, how to respond to faults, how to maintain stable temperature, voltage, or current. Simulating those controls on a computer (before implementing them on actual hardware). Testing, measuring, tuning, and validating in the lab. Collaborating with hardware, embedded software, and testing teams. What profile are we looking for? Graduated Electronic Engineer (MANDATORY) Advanced intermediate English—ability to communicate in English with the USA team (MANDATORY) At least 3 years of hands-on R&D professional experience (MANDATORY) Solid foundation in electronics, control systems, or power engineering. Willingness to learn about: inverter and converter control Simulation (MATLAB / Simulink) C programming for microcontrollers Lab testing and validation. 100% curious, analytical, and collaborative mindset. · What do we offer?
