Job Mission Supervise and coordinate crews responsible for the installation and replacement of public lighting fixtures, ensuring compliance with construction deadlines, quality standards, and safety and hygiene regulations. Main Responsibilities Supervise work crews (approximately 10 people) dedicated to the installation and replacement of public lighting fixtures. Coordinate tasks including excavation of pits, concrete base construction, and column installation using cranes. Supervise cable laying on poles or trenching work when installations are underground. Monitor the placement and connection of luminaires. Ensure proper cleaning and order at work sites. Prepare production reports, progress updates, deadlines, and work certification. Maintain inventory control of materials used by crews. Ensure compliance with Safety and Hygiene regulations. Key Competencies Leadership and coordination of work teams. Task organization and planning. Responsibility and commitment to construction deadlines. Proficiency in computer tools for reporting. Job Requirements Male gender (preferred). Age between 30 and 50 years. Completed secondary education. Experience supervising construction crews, preferably in public lighting fixture installation or replacement. Experience supervising trenching crews or aerial distribution network installation will be valued. Proficiency in computer tools (Email and Excel). Knowledge of Safety and Hygiene regulations.
