Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Technician for electrical and HVAC maintenance at corporate client facilities, including recording maintenance plans and providing support and supervision. We are seeking an Electrical Technician in Saavedra; Capital Federal · Responsibilities: Perform maintenance tasks related to electricity and HVAC at corporate client facilities. Record maintenance plans and provide support and supervision for all maintenance activities related to facilities. · Requirements: Technical education in Electricity, Refrigeration, HVAC, Electromechanics, or Mechanics. 5+ years of experience in maintenance of corporate office facilities. Basic user-level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Customer service skills and proactivity. · Conditions: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday (45 hours per week) Indefinite-term contract Prepaid health insurance Why CBRE?
