




Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Designer for a metallurgical company, with experience in the design and sizing of electrical panels and components, as well as support to production and procurement. Collaboration in equipment design and production monitoring We are recruiting an ELECTRICAL DESIGNER for an important metallurgical company located in the General Rodríguez area. The search targets graduates or advanced students of Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar disciplines (mandatory). Experience in industrial manufacturing, metal-mechanical, or metallurgy-related companies—particularly in electromechanical assemblies or electrical panels—is desirable. Main Responsibilities: Design, size, and project electrical panels for distribution, dry-type, and power transformers, including protection devices, switching elements, signaling, conduit systems, and wiring, in accordance with customer technical specifications and/or applicable standards. Prepare drawings, instructions, calculation reports, and other technical documentation required for production, suppliers, or customers. Select electrical materials and components, including verification calculations, sizing, and performance analysis. Prepare material lists and issue procurement requests, providing support and assistance to the Supply Management Department. Actively participate in monitoring and supervising the manufacturing of related production processes, primarily Assembly and Laboratory. Collaborate with Plant Engineering in designing equipment, panels, and drawings for maintenance and/or infrastructure projects related to production facilities or company-owned installations. · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 16:00 hrs. · REQUIREMENTS: Gender: Indifferent Age: Over 23 years old Residence in nearby areas Graduate or advanced student of Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar disciplines (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel. Fluent use of AutoCAD (specifically the electrical module); knowledge of 3D modeling with SolidWorks is desirable.
