The selected candidate will be responsible for increasing the company’s assets by establishing solid and lasting relationships, acting as an expert consultant who delivers value and solutions. In addition, ensuring the best customer experience and alignment with business objectives. Role Responsibilities Value Proposition: Initiate contact with customers to present solutions and achieve up-selling or cross-selling. Follow-up: Continuously track all proposals presented. Internal Management: Enter sales activities into systems to ensure monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement. Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets. Administration: Ensure accurate registration of customer modifications. Data Handling: Execute dialing regulations to guarantee information security. Customer Support: Provide assistance for document submission and contract signing. Onboarding: Collect necessary documentation for customer onboarding. · Work Mode: Hybrid model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). Location: Offices located in Munro. · Requirements Sales and Communication Skills Experience in telesales and strong negotiation ability. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels. Active listening and passion for customers. Excellent interpersonal relationship management. Management and Efficiency Strong results orientation and analytical capability. Experience handling computer tools. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
