At ADT Security Services, we are looking for a **Customer Service Supervisor** to support, develop, and enhance the performance of a team of representatives, ensuring achievement of operational goals, service quality, and our customers’ satisfaction. **Key Challenges** * Lead, motivate, and develop the customer service telephone team. * Monitor management, quality, and customer experience metrics. * Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and support to enhance team performance. * Manage operational situations, escalations, and improvement opportunities. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and results. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an excellent service experience. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience leading customer service, contact center, or related teams (mandatory). * Tertiary or university degree in Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields (mandatory). * Knowledge of operational indicators and service metrics (mandatory). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (mandatory). * Availability to work in a hybrid mode, Tuesdays to Fridays from 12 PM to 9 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, based at our Boulogne offices. **We Value** * Analytical ability, results orientation, and focus on continuous improvement. * Excellent communication, leadership, and people development skills. * Experience in dynamic environments focused on quality and customer experience. **If leading teams, impacting results, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement motivates you, we invite you to apply.**
